Why is the US food supply so low?

More and more, people are buying foods that have been proven to reduce the risk of chronic diseases, but are also making their health worse.

In fact, Americans are buying more foods that don’t work than any other developed nation.

It’s a trend that experts say is largely because of a lack of understanding about the foods that do and don’t reduce the risks of chronic disease.
