The key is to try to find veg from farmers that aren’t too processed and are just making good food with a bit of organic flavour.
For example, if you’re looking for veggie salad, go for a blend of vegetables with herbs and spices like basil and oregano.
Or try a salad of greens with a handful of vegetables that is really easy to prepare and have lots of flavour.
If you’re a vegan and don’t want to waste any of your food on meat, you could try something a bit more simple like chickpeas, peas and carrots.
