Calorie in vegetables and fruits

Goku, the carnivorous carnivore, can consume about 300 calories per kilogram.

But you could also be consuming more vegetables than that and eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. 

According to the Vegetable Research Institute (VRI), there are more than 4,000 vegetables in a single gram of meat.

And while the veggie in a tomato is more than twice as dense as the vegetable in a potato, the average person will only be consuming about 500 calories per gram of tomato.

To get the same amount of calories from a tomato, the vegetable would have to weigh about a third as much.

But that’s only about 30 grams per kilo of meat, or 1,200 calories per day. 

If you’re a vegetarian, you’ll probably be eating a more varied diet, including vegetables and fruit, than a meat eater.

Vegetables, like lettuce and tomato, are more nutrient dense, and they can have up to 3 times the calories per 100 grams as meat, according to the VRI. 

So while veggie-eating is good for you, it’s not for everyone.

If you’re an omnivore, it can be a challenge to stick to a healthy diet.

And if you’re just trying to stay lean, it might be hard to stick with a diet that includes more than one vegetable or fruit.
