Japanese restaurant Roll sushi is introducing a new vegetable roll in its newest iteration, dubbed Vegeta Memo.
It’s the latest iteration of Roll’s signature sushi roll concept that is made with fresh veggies and is a bit more casual than its predecessors.
It will be available in four sizes: large, medium, small and the new large will also come with a side of sashimi.
Roll’s new Vegeta Mixtape will be the first to feature the Japanese vegetable roll concept and will be launched on September 14, 2016.
According to the Roll website, the new roll will be an “entertaining, relaxing and fun experience.”
In its announcement, Roll said that the new veggie roll concept has become a part of Roll culture and it’s the company’s way of making sure people enjoy the vegetable roll.
“It is an effort to make a sushi roll that is enjoyable to eat and enjoy,” Roll said in its announcement.
“In a way, it’s a reflection of the lifestyle we live in now, a lifestyle that focuses on the vegetable and the lifestyle that allows us to eat vegetables.”
A lot of people have been asking us for a new Vegetas Mixtape to bring them more vegetables into the sushi roll.
We were able to capture that essence of the original with this new version.
“The VegetaMixtape will include a variety of different vegetables.
There will be: “Spinach,” “Carrot,” “Tomato” and “Cauliflower.”
The VegetaMemo version will be made with “Tomatoes, Red Peppers, Cauliflower and Cabbage” along with the new red pepper and cauliflower roll.
Roll will also be selling a variety products from its Japanese suppliers such as a “Fresh-Roll Salad,” “Tuna Salad” and “Tuna and Chicken Salad” with different vegetable ingredients.
