Here’s how to make the best vegetarian bean and vegetable soup with air fry: Mix up a batch of beans and veggies.

For a quick lunch, we’d go for roasted cauliflower.

Roast it until soft and tender, and add some extra virgin olive oil to it.

Add a few pieces of red onion to it as well as some fresh chopped cilantro, and then stir it all together.

Once you’ve mixed everything together, add in some extra-virgin olive oil.

Add some fresh cracked black pepper, some fresh cilantro leaves, and some fresh mint leaves, along with a dash of salt and pepper.

Once all the ingredients are mixed together, turn the heat on low and allow the oil to boil for at least 30 minutes.

While the oil is boiling, remove the skillet from the heat.

The peppers are starting to release a bit more oil, so turn the cooking down a little bit and let them cool for a minute.

The next step is to add in the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Add in some fresh parsley leaves, if you’d like.

Finally, add some freshly chopped cumin seeds and some freshly ground turmeric to the soup.
