Singapore – Singaporean food giant Ssgss Vegetable Wash and Super Saucy have teamed up to bring you a tasty vegetarian dish for those who want to take the plunge.
In this version, they’ve added a little bit of sautéed spinach, carrots, potatoes and cucumbers along with the veggie dip.
And the ingredients are easy to prepare, too.
Vegetable Wash (2 large eggs) (1 cup water) 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup peeled cucumber, peeled, cubed 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon black pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 1.
Cook eggs and set aside.
Add oil to a small saucepan and stir in eggs.
Add salt, pepper, cumin and black pepper.
Cook until mixture begins to turn golden.
Pour vegetable wash over egg mixture and stir well.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
If you like more vegetables, then make a vegetarian vegetable salad.
Serve as an appetizer or a main dish.
